Since the building of the fresh market is relatively long and the exits are only on both sides, the supermarket is located in the middle of the building, so it is inconvenient to enter and exit. Therefore, the merchant expanded a large terrace at the location of the supermarket, and built a sloped elevator next to the terrace to facilitate access.

Since the elevator was built in a prime location in the market and the elevator occupied a relatively large space, the area under the elevator was divided and several small shops were built for rent. The area inside the supermarket on the second floor is already large. The expanded area is not only convenient for placing shopping carts and shopping baskets, but can also be divided into several areas for rental use. The current supermarket is undoubtedly very successful, and the space under the elevator has been rented out as pastry shops and beverage shops.

I can’t help but admire the creativity of the merchant in this renovation. Not only is there no waste of space, but it also increases the rental space. Due to the widened terrace and the addition of elevators, it has greatly facilitated people’s entry and exit from the supermarket, making the operation of the supermarket on the second floor very successful. The space under the elevator is fully utilized and rental income is increased.
